Incapsula IP ban filters

Some legitimate members have been blocked from accessing the forum by Incapsula IP ban filters.This mostly happens when their IP is in the range of those used by spammers or spambots.It is happening at the moment particularly for some USA members because ,sadly the USA has now moved into number 2 position for spambots or spammers trying to ply their wares on this forum. When I become aware of legitimate members being blocked I will take corrective action but it can take some time because the Incapsula log files for 1 day have well over 1000 entries!
