http://www.finders.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6286&start=15&sid=a9486d09e247a3604fe477dff1519823“Claim 5. The detector of claim 1, further comprising:
A single long TX pulse and multiple short TX pulses within one cycle
using a single sample with variable width and phase following each TX,
summed in a differential integrator to reduce the effect of mineralised
ground and static magnetic fields. “
Here are the claims in the
certified QED patent
I claim:
1. A metal detector utilising a summed linear combination of gated sample windows that are
adjustable in sample window width and/or sample window phase to null interference signals
from the ground and static magnetic fields.
2. A metal detector as in claim 1 utilising three samples during the transmit off period to null
the interference signal from the ground and a fourth sample taken very late in the cycle to
null the interference signal from static magnetic fields.
3. A metal detector as in claims 1 and 2 utilising an alternate fifth sample taken early in the
cycle to shift the detection "hole" for metal targets whose decay characteristics mimic that
of the ground.
4. A metal detector as in claims 1 to 3 utilising a cycle time that is user adjustable to a precise
multiple of the prevailing line frequency (mains) causing the averaged sum of the group of
samples taken during a period of the line frequency to effectively cancel mains interference.
5. A metal detector as in claims 1 to 4 having a user operating parameters adjustment interface
that utilises digital speech that is user reprogrammable. So Robby who is the one that is
deliberately misleading readers or has your memory packed up and left you!!
Why are you again trying to deceive and mislead your readers?doug
