Robby_H do you have the balls?
I am inviting Robby_h to join this forum and respond to some assertions that he has made on other forum. The question is does Robby_H have the balls to step out of his comfort zone? I doubt it but lets see if he will prove me wrong!

Robby_h what are you implying here?
Are you for example suggesting that the QED uses IP owned by "someone else" and therefore cannot be sold as a new item without purchasing a license from the "other party"?
If the answer to the above is yes then whose IP (that is owned by "another party") do you allege that the QED is using?
Can you provide any evidence from any patent claims to show that the QED is using IP owned by "another party"?
If the QED is using IP owned by "someone else" then why was the innovation patent granted?
