Hi Doug

How does Ryath manage to put up with all the obvious commercial questions & baits about the QED?  They feel they have a right to know. I wonder where that right come from? Yet also feel the right to make sensless allegations!

If Bugs or Ryath was considering commercialising a new product like the QED why would he share the IP, the profit margins, business philosophy, release dates, business requirements, his work-site arrangements or production plans prematurely with the Flounders ML Fundamentalists?

This is not to mention personal taunts, as if the weight of their numbers & combined IQs will somehow overpower him into releasing information.  

They are like a pack of rabid dogs. I wonder what their reward is for finding out? Will the King or a gaoler throw them a reward?  AA has made his revelation about himself again and made predictions again, while I stand by mine.

Whats happening with QED is a salutary lesson to anyone who dares to try and bring a rival product to market!
In my opinion ML will try to do whatever it takes to stop any serious contender/contenders!

If I ever decide to make a commercial detector, I would let ML or other competitors pay a lot for their reverse engineering effort.

Software can be sometime very tricky to understand.

G’day Huego, my sentiments also, although I have been keeping tabs on what is happening on flounders along with the gutless attack on Bugs on all fronts by those you have listed, I have refrained from posting on that site in support of Bugs.

If and when the QED comes to fruition I just hope that it exceeds all expectations and leaves the rest in its wake.

Then all those that are knocking the efforts by Bugs and his team will be busting their guts to try and get a QED.

Yes, me too Trevor, being tempted many times to make comment on Finders in defence of Truth and Bugs. But they lie & feed of each others lies & distortions of facts to such a degree, that they seem to believe them and that they can make Bugs believe their accusations too! What a bunch of fools! While they dominate the posting there I will never post and know many others who are in the same boat.

These denigrators even try creating divisions and disagreement within the members / posters here!  Lately suggesting a poll to test their support here!! Even AZ tries that! JP also did that on a  ML forum, used a poll to create lies elsewhere until he was exposed, embarrassed (by his own mothers words) and the was the inflammatory accusations were banned or removed! JP like PJ use "the pack" mentality, like on Finders.

The latest twist is licking up to Doug with his interest in dogs, looking for favour (mischief!).    One astute member noticed it there and commented! 

I suggest that anyone who supports the flounders viewpoint & wishes to attack Bugs, the QED (or what this forum stands for) should speak up here & now or forever hold their peace (piece) on these subjects.

Because posts on forums  are the only evidence (I or many others see) of what happening as public (visible) support, that does not make unseen support unappreciated but its unseen and the morons take advantage of that. The publc face or view or what is happening to 95% of readers is what they read on forum posts. I've been in the middle of this shit fight for a while when I turned from a passive member playing the ball only, to an active defender, even counterattacking in defence. Doug and Bugs understand this and so do the denigrators who throw most of the turds this way.

So what's the lesson learned. If you have an idea for a new product, that may be a game changer, keep your mouth shut, tell nobody except people involved in project,and then one day turn on the lights and introduce the product.
Problem with that is guys like me never get a chance to follow and learn as the product is developed or on a rare occasion maybe make a suggestion that the developers might take into consideration.
 I want all the money in the world and I'm going to do everything I can to make sure nobody else gets any. Very sad!!!

Sounds OK in theory until you get served with a patent infringement law suite! Then it becomes a patent lawyers picnic and in the worst case scenario you loose everything! ::54::

It’s great to hear from one of the testers that the QED will eventuate and fulfil our needs, I guess also included in that is also to see that the denigrators also fall flat on their faces and are seen to eat humble pie.

As far as saying that the denigrators will not get a chance to buy one remains to be seen, as being what they are there is various devious means that they would employ in the  attempt to try and obtain one should it become available.

Looking forward to when all the testing regimes have been completed and the availability of the QED becomes a reality.

I see this battle between forums as one about Truth, Lies & Ideology. Too political & impractical for many to particpate in.

Interforum battles like this can be defined as a propaganda war or a battle of ideologies.

I guess Bugs could a supply instructions & components & materials for a fee.
Not my preferred method, but better than nothing if Bugs is hamstrung.
Maybe I could pay him to assemble it for me? 

 

The IP Australia web page for the QED patent lists a date of 18th May 2011. Until the IP is clear we can do nothing except get ready. If the IP is doesn't make it through we have multiple contingency plans in place. What would really help is quiet private messaging to keep informed of progress. Anybody who is lacking in patience can purchase whatever suits their needs and budget.

Personally I don't think there will be any problems with the IP!!
I notice Robby_H has wimped out again when challenged to prove that:" the QED is just a cheap digitized copy of ML's IP" But when he can't grasp the significance of the Poole multi frequency patent what can you expect! ::38::
