Anti-competitive practices (Part IV) from ACCC website.....

The ACCC can bring a civil action in the Federal Court seeking the imposition of pecuniary penalties for anti-competitive conduct. For a corporation the penalties are up to a maximum of (whichever is the highest):

    *  $10 million
    *  three times the value of the benefit
    *  10 per cent of annual turnover.

....Agreements affecting competition—these are prohibited if they have the purpose or effect of substantially lessening competition.
Prohibited outright are:

    * most price agreements
    * agreements containing exclusionary provisions, commonly known as primary boycotts, (collective refusals to deal with another party.

     * Exclusive dealing (eg with and by Dealers)
     * Unconscionable conduct
