News: Robby_H :Why can't you provide any evidence for your assertions? Why was the whole "Dr Candy's GB method" thread deleted from finders forum after this post was cross posted there? Who is running scared? Who really controls finders?

About 2 years ago a bloke called Alan Hassel wrote the following post (controversial of course) called .....
"The Real Inventor Of PI Discovered"

Quote
" Owing to problems regarding patents I gave Eric Foster praise for being the inventor of Pulse Induction metal detectors, It has taken many years to realise that this was not exactly true.

It appears that Ebinger took out patents in Germany and was in the process of obtaining patents in the UK which was slowed down because of language problems with the Patent offices. ........"

Later, found on the NQ Miners Den site as a subject called .......

Klaus Colani invented and patented the first PI detector on the 12th November 1961?

I did a quick search and found this interesting reference to a LEGAL CASE which may be of some relevance & shed light on this subject.

"Federal manufactures a competing line of metal proximity detectors. .... Patent # 3315155 was granted to Claus Colani on April 18, 1967. App. at Q ..."
