Innovation patents standard letter
When a person applies for an innovation patent they are granted an Innovation Patent Application( Filing Receipt for Innovation Patent Specification)
The letter says this in one paragraph.
Please note that filing of this application does not entitle the applicant to claim that a patent has been granted at this stage.
 In my opinion anyone that claims or implies that they have a patent or patented technology or as Woody does patented coils(“Patented Super Quiet Coils for Minelab Detectors “Our Patented Coil designs”) when their patent has not been examined and certified is in my opinion in clear breach of this paragraph!
When is Woody going to get his "patents" examined?
