Just came across an old post from IsmaelY in 2004
This is  edited portion of it. I have the screen shot of the original in case anyone says I am "fiddling the books"!
IsmaelY  has said: that if you follow Candy's patents you will find that they are quite a portfolio of red herrings! IsmaelY is amazed that he actually got them approved and goes on to say that it shows that the people working in patent offices can be tricked by flowery writing!

Poor Robby H is getting very hot under the collar on AZO on this topic.I suspect that I have hit a raw nerve! I actually agree totally with IsmaelY comments, I think they are spot on!

Well have a look at the patent claims 4,5 below and make up your own mind!
