OK figured things out,below is the actual patent.didn't realize the one in your post is an application.

The idea i have doesn't really intrude on the patent but i would hate to argue the point in court,i cant really comment on claim one as i don't at this stage have enough info on prior art with regard to data transfer.

Hi Zed,

check out the prior ground loop detector arts. They also transmit the synch-data via cable or RF.
