    Two people plus dependants are allowed into the home. The bubble is gone, you can have as many different families visit you but they can only be two adults and dependants at a time per day.
    Hospitality venues can increase their capacity to 70 people outside and 40 people inside.
    Four groups of 10, instead of two groups of 10.
    Outdoor religious gatherings will increase to 20 people.
    Indoor pools will open for 18 and under, a maximum of 20 swimmers.
    One-on-one hydrotherapy with health professionals will also be allowed.
    Libraries, toy libraries will open again, a maximum of 20 people.
    Households can visit a care facility rather than one person at a time.

Melbourne's 5 kilometre radius rule will be extended to 25 kilometres from midnight, under an easing of Victoria's coronavirus restrictions.
The change is among several restrictions that are being relaxed in the city, which has been under lockdown for more than 100 days.
Premier Daniel Andrews has also announced:
    The two-hour time limit for exercise and socialising will be scrapped
    Groups of up to 10 people from two households will be allowed to gather outdoors
    Outdoor sports settings like tennis courts, golf courses and skateparks can reopen
    Hairdressers will be able to open, with strict safety protocols in place
    Outdoor real estate auctions will be allowed to go ahead with up to 10 people, plus staff

The Premier has also outlined further restrictions that will be eased from November 2.

From that date people in Melbourne will be allowed to leave their homes for any reason, and restrictions on industries like retail and hospitality will be eased.

Safer Care Victoria announced yesterday that 243 people who underwent blood glucose level tests while in hotel quarantine between March 29 and August 20 could be at risk of contracting a blood borne virus after the same test was used on multiple people.

“Blood glucose level testing devices intended for use by one person were used across multiple residents,” Safer Care Victoria said in a statement. “This presents a low clinical risk of cross-contamination and blood borne viruses – Hepatitis B and C, and HIV.”

A blood glucose level test involves pricking a finger to get a drop of blood to be used in the testing device.
