jrbeatty now telling lies!

jrbeatty  says on finders that i have not found any gold.Well of course this is just another lie.I started detecting in 1980 and did find gold with  detectors. A trivial amount compared to Reg and jrbeatty  but still gold. I also panned some nice gold at various locations including Bendigo  creek and at Golden square as i had relatives at Bendigo who lived opposite Victoria hill, the site of Bendigo's deepest mine, the Victoria  Quartz.

I have also been president of Victoria's largest prospecting club and  vice president of the PMAV  under the late Rita Bentley and was on the PMAV committee for many years when the late Doug Kemsley of Maldon was president. So not only have i found  gold with a detector and a pan but i have done my bit to preserve the rights of small  miners and prospectors.
