Why won't Arizona answer this question?

 Maybe I am missing something ,but I don't
see how ML could enforce this patent.
 Most of the engines built in the last several
years,use the same type of system. Diesel
truck engines have used ,MP's and MC's since
the early eighties.

 Just about all heavy equipment ,uses the same
system. The computer on your car does basically
the same thing. You can retrieve info,store info,
update,or reprogram them,or just change chips,
on some. As long as you didn't copy ML's software,
or use their program,I can't see where they have,
anything that would justify a patent.

 You cam make all the claims you want,but defending
them isn't so easy. Patents are used to discourage
the timid,and buy time.

But what small person has got the money to defend a patent infringement action by ML? Just remember that  this patent is already the subject of patent infringement lawsuit by ML against Whites electronics! Maybe a portent of things to come with anyone else who tries to come up with  rival competitive detector?

I do not know the outcome of the case because i understand it is heard in camera and the outcome may not be known for months. For the sake of consumer choice and detector innovation and real competition in the hobby detector/landmine-UXO remediation area I certainly hope Whites wins.

Seems that Arizona has an obsession in protecting ML from any embarrassing exposure on any matter, while using any opportunity to attack QED supporters. Bias, I understand & accept in myself & others, when justified.

Spot ON!

Some questions here are about biases & hidden agendas! Some answers are clear, open or explained. Others however are devious, never explained & hidden (due to external influences). Now, I don’t mind persons disagreeing with me or anyone. All we ask is that they justify / explain WHY they disagree, otherwise their views or agendas are exposed becoming an embarrassment to them. Explain or be Exposed is what I would say to Arizona.

How often have the sceptics (and the now fearful & anxious) tried to get you Bugs or others “talking about the QED”? Crying "claims were made!" ..... “we will rattle the cage (Doug’s forum) & eventually someone will say something!” (NVC).   Gong! WRONG!

The fact is, like with life & evolution, some will fall by the wayside (kark it / attrition) before new model / technology becomes available. Best to say ….. the answer is blowing in your dreams .....

Of course those who want to make their own advances can attach a krumpet to a stick!
