News: Robby_H :Why can't you provide any evidence for your assertions? Why was the whole "Dr Candy's GB method" thread deleted from finders forum after this post was cross posted there? Who is running scared? Who really controls finders?

Don't ask me mate, it's bloody obvious!  Respond to & on this forum, prospect when I can (in water and on land depending on site conitions), camping, play music, make a bit of money, spend some money, enjoy company of friends etc, watch cricket (when Aussies are winning) etc.

No "off season" down south except some days when its too hot or too wet.

Well so far down this end of Oz we have had a a very mild summer with only a few hot days so that has extended my prospecting longer than I would have expected. Now what to do when it gets too hot.... hide somewhere where it is cool! I normally do a few more saturday shifts at work as I might as well get paid for existing in the heat, if I'm lucky I might even get to test out air conditioners! The other thing for me to is more mods! Need a better MCU for my 2000, then I might be able to kick even more ass!

Cheers Mick

Hi Wm6,

Its a modified 2000. Originally they only had a fixed logic cct to do the pulse timings. Mine has an atmega644, but I would like to exchange that for something faster to be able to better cancel earth field for different timings.

Fpga might be a nice way to go about things, but that might be a few revisions away yet!

Cheers Mick
