No hardware, just firmware and the time to do it.
Tracking is just a matter of always trying to make a number zero by either increasing or decreasing another number.
One thing is for sure, you don't want to "track out" targets. This is done by setting limits to the range of tracking.

Would be good to have auto on qed. Dasenator should calm down. Do more damage then good with you're comments

 When I talk about Auto tracking  I am meaning Ground tracking which refers to the ability of the detector to track changes in ground mineralisation and automatically adjust the ground balance to suit.This is not the same as SAT (self adjusting threshold). Its true ground tracking that i hope will at some future date be available as an option for the QED.
