BILLY, why do you take us for fools? Everybody can see the game you are playing. From this point on I refuse to answer any of you questions or participate in any discussions with you.

Thanks for the update Bugwhiskers

"I could go on and on and on about the documentation and the supplied software tools but it won't change anything"

Some of the ching-lish documentation leaves a lot to be desired, that's for sure.
Good luck sorting it out.

The box and display look's awesome, nice compact unit and light, well done.

I am sorry Bugwhiskers.  I just realized that on this forum no one ever, ever questions what you have said.  I guess that is why you do not post on any other forum also.  That way you never receive negative criticism and truth.  Again I am sorry and will never question what you say again.  And you wonder why old members who knew what they were talking about have left.   good luck

The ching-lish I can live with, it's a matter of reading and re-reading until it makes sense.
Outright errors and omissions in the documentation and errors in the compiler device files are the real problem.

Billy pretends he is making some members here accountable to prospectors elswhere (as if thats important) but here on Dougs forum for developers he is just “a vexation to the spirit” of progress & change for the better. When he is not challenging members with silly question he pretends he is prophetic about the future of detector development hoping to get committment or promises from others for digressions from any planned trajectory... just so he can look a hero to the foolish elsewhere! Worst he feigns aopologies!

In fact Billy adds little of interest or substance to any discussion… so here is some Desiderata for him to recite before he sleeps and leaks.

…. As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly. And listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant, for they too have their story (we try!)

Avoid loud and aggresive (as well as the dull and ignorant) persons, for they are vexatious to the spirit. Never compare yourself with others (esp. Billy). You may become vain or bitter, for there will be always greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements, as well as your plans.

Enjoy you fantastic achievements with the QED Bugs. You are not accountable to fools or pretenders.
The journey is as important as the destination
and what a journey the QED has been!  good luck

Huego  happy face

PS: I'm sure Bugs is open to creative & constructive  "Criticsm". But "negative criticism" of the QED alone is not intended to be helpful just disruptive ... its largely the imaginings of dumbasses. He may wonder why "old members" have left. We know! Hell, some old members, critics of the QED, even die away.

Where does the "40% increase" come from Billy? Is that a real lie or an exagerration?

Oh, that's a lot more difficult to solve, I thought it was just a documentation issue you were having
Compiler problems can be a real pain to sort out.
Good luck with it
