Jrbeatty and Reg Wilson  and  Yellowfin  (or Doug here for that matter!)have NO vested  or pecuniary interests(or secret deals or cash for comment or any other undisclosed benefits )in the QED other than using it to find gold which it is doing very successfully! The ONLY people deriving  an income from the QED(other than finding good gold) are the 2 approved retailers and Bugwhiskers! The ONLY investor in the QED is Bugwhiskers!
I have never met Jrbeatty or Reg Wilson at Howards house or ANY other location!

Ok then, I have some advice for him. If he adds more potasium or ammonium nitrate (nitrite not as good) or maybe chlorate it should help keep it alite. Maybe he will need a long fuse & special clearance to change his formula.  good luck

Gotta stop this kneejerk reaction to their sillyness.
But this one's important putting a link between CANCER & SMOKED FISH / Processed MEAT into some perspective.

"Processed’ meat is meat that’s not sold fresh, but instead has been cured, salted, smoked, or otherwise preserved in some way (meats like bacon, sausages, hot dogs, ham, salami & pepperoni)".

(Smoked fish is not specifically mentioned in this research but would be in this category.)

"The results showed that those who ate the most processed meat had around a 17 per cent higher risk of developing bowel cancer, compared to those who ate the least.

‘17 per cent’ sounds like a fairly big number – but this is a ‘relative’ risk, so let’s put it into perspective, and convert it to absolute numbers. (Remember these are all ball-park figures – everyone’s risk will be different as there are many different factors at play.)

We know that, out of every 1000 people in the UK, about 61 will develop bowel cancer at some point in their lives. Those who eat the lowest amount of processed meat are likely to have a lower lifetime risk than the rest of the population (about 56 cases per 1000 low meat-eaters)."


So we are taking about an incidence of bowl cancer of 5.6% rising to 6.1% with cured meats.
Eat smoked / preserved meats in moderation eg 1-2 /wk.
More important .... avoid smoking tobacco & excess alcohol.

Meanwhile, I'll take the extra risk with smoked meats Sady!
