I am hearing impaired and what I have finally after years of experimenting found gives me no lag and quality audio with the QED is the Detecnix system hooked into a Oticon Connectline Streamer Pro system which connects to my hearing aids they are supposed to be Bluetooth compatible but I had trouble finding Bluetooth units that were compatible or which had except-able lag I found one Bluetooth 5.0 set that are fair but not as good as the Deteknix setup so have that as a backup.
