Just as an example, I was able to use THS-A = 90; Gain at Max (64), 1 under NULL most of the time. I had to reduce to about A=50, NULL and Gain about midway (30-45) to reduce the hotrocks. These settings were with all the coils I used: 11" elite 12x8 EVO 17*11 Advantage Sadie 15" EVO 19" EVO Cheers, Goldman

Yep, the QED handled the ground pretty well. Hot rocks were a problem in certain areas and I had to lower settings to manage them out. Some of my videos relate directly to this. I did bring hot rocks back, which Howard had been using to work out how to make the QED handle them better. All going well with testing this should be available in the next major upgrade Cheers Goldman

From the other Goldman videos I've seen, and the hot settings I know Brian was running, The QED appeared to handle itself well. That said, I believe samples (hot rocks) were also brought back. These were for testing, and to help incorporate with getting the best performance out of the QED in upcoming upgrades.
