News: Robby_H :Why can't you provide any evidence for your assertions? Why was the whole "Dr Candy's GB method" thread deleted from finders forum after this post was cross posted there? Who is running scared? Who really controls finders?

The detector is sold with a magnifying glass and tweezers!  I doubt very much that
it's going to become a big seller in Australia.

I can picture Crocodile Dundee saying: " A nugget??? THIS is a nugget!" (Holding up a
half-pounder...)

After the initial excitement of finding fly excreta, I refuse to dig for anything I can't
pick up with my fingers or see without a magnifying glass...

That detector is for children but not for a member of the Geriatric Brigade, like me,

With the high gold price their seems to be a revival of VLF detectors and in the right situations they will do as well or better than a Pi.
I think they are the poor cousins of the detector market  and  for nugget shooting have been somewhat neglected which is surprising when one thinks of how well suited VLF technology is to DSP and micro controllers.

I read somewhere in reviews that AT is nothing better in detecting than ACE250, except waterproof (which is preferable feature from my point of view).
